Rajeev is a seasoned high tech executive with broad global experience. He's worked in over 20 countries across the United States, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. He was recognized as a CEO of the year finalist for 2011-2012 from Tech America and was a finalist for Entrepreneur of The Year from the Orange County Business Journal. He received his Global MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business in Los Angeles and Shanghai's Jiaotong University Antai college of business and economics.
Chief Operating Officer
Henry Allain has nearly two decades of experience in the technology industry, serving in a variety of sales, marketing, and management roles. He began his career at Xerox Corporation and Gartner Group, before joining 101communications in 1999. Allain received his BA from Arizona State University. He is active on ABM's Publishers Committee.
Chief Financial Officer
Craig Rucker has over 20 years of broad financial management experience in both business-to-business and consumer enthusiast media, consumer products, and entertainment. Prior to joining 1105 Media, Craig was Vice President of Finance for Active Interest Media where he was responsible for financial planning and analysis, business intelligence, corporate development, and board reporting functions. Craig has also held various finance positions at Reed Business Information, Nestle USA, and The Walt Disney Company. He holds a B.S. degree in Finance from California State University, Northridge and an MBA from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management.
Michael J. Valenti
Executive Vice President
Mike Valenti was with one of the initial acquisitions of 1105 Media, 101communications LLC, where he was Senior Vice President, Human Resources. He joined 101 following a thirty-year career with the Los Angeles Times, where he held numerous roles including management of circulation marketing and sales, customer service, single-copy sales, human resources, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. Valenti graduated from Iona College with a BA in Psychology. He is affiliated with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Jeffrey S. Klein
Jeff Klein was Chief Executive Officer of 101communications LLC prior to its acquisition, and he has remained with 1105 Media as Chairman of the Board. Prior to 101, he held senior management positions with the Los Angeles Times and Times Mirror following a career as an entertainment and First Amendment lawyer. Klein has taught graduate courses in media business strategies and the business of journalism at USC and Columbia University. He wrote a monthly column, “Executive Perspective” for Folio: magazine and, for 10 years, a consumer law column for the Los Angeles Times. He serves on the board of ABM/SIIA. Klein received his Masters in Journalism from Columbia University and his law degree from Stanford University after graduating summa cum laude from Claremont McKenna College, where he serves on its board of trustees.
Co-President & Chief Content Officer, Public Sector Media Group
Anne Armstrong has more than thirty years experience in technology journalism and publishing. She was a member of the Federal Computer Week launch team in 1987, and has worked on both the editorial and business sides. She began her career as a science journalist, and started Langley Publications, a research and newsletter company. Armstrong served as president of Virginia's Center for Innovative Technology (CIT) from 1999 to 2002. She holds degrees from Vanderbilt University and Johns Hopkins University, and represents 1105 on ABM's Government Affairs Committee.
President & Group Publisher, Infrastructure Solutions Group
Kevin O'Grady has more than 20 years of experience in business-to-business media with an extensive background in building businesses, product development and integrating acquisitions, including digital media, publishing, event and online education businesses. Prior to joining 1105 Media, he was instrumental in building Canon Communications, now UBM/Canon, as the leading media and event company for the global advanced manufacturing marketplace. He is active with many industry groups, including American Business Media and the Western Publishing Association. He holds a BA in Business Administration from the School of Management at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Steven Crofts is a veteran of the business-to-business technology industry, with an extensive background in marketing and management, in both the event and media world and in the fields of business intelligence, big data and advanced analytics. He is also a former owner of TDWI. Most recently, Crofts was Vice President of Marketing for iOLAP, a Texas-based consultancy and managed services firm focused on data warehousing, big data and business intelligence architecture, technologies and methodologies. His education includes the University of Utah in Salt Lake City and St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas.
Meighan Berberich is a seasoned marketing and media executive with over 20 years experience. She has a depth of experience in enterprise technology as well as the training and certification market. She returned to 1105 Media after running her own marketing consulting practice focused on early-stage technology companies. In her previous tenure at 1105, Berberich served as the marketing director-and later, as the general manager-of the Business Technologies Group at 1105 Media which included TDWI. Meighan began her career in marketing and media at Miller Freeman. She has also held marketing management roles at Microsoft, Texas Instruments Inc., and Infineon Technologies AG in the United States and Europe.
Erik A. Lindgren
Chief Technology Officer
Erik Lindgren joined 1105 Media in late 2006. Most recently, he was with Emak Worldwide; he began his career with Microware Computing, then joined Aspen Marketing Group. Lindgren holds an MCSE and CCNA.
