Rajeev Kapur

Rajeev is a seasoned high tech executive with broad global experience. He's worked in over 20 countries across the United States, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. He was recognized as a CEO of the year finalist for 2011-2012 from Tech America and was a finalist for Entrepreneur of The Year from the Orange County Business Journal. He received his Global MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business in Los Angeles and Shanghai's Jiaotong University Antai college of business and economics.

Sanjay Tanwani
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining 1105 media and for the past twelve years, he had owned and operated a boutique consulting firm providing accounting, audit, advisory and management consulting services to both very large and small publicly traded and privately held companies in various industries. Sanjay started his career as an analyst for a large New York based bank in Los Angeles. From there on he has held various leadership roles at different companies as a Sr. auditor, Finance Manager, Sr. Manager, Controller and Director.
Sanjay is a licensed CPA in the state of California and has earned his MBA from University of Southern California’s Marshall School of business. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from University of Wisconsin- Green Bay. He loves taking long road trips and hiking in national parks with his family.

Michael J. Valenti
Executive Vice President
Mike Valenti was with one of the initial acquisitions of 1105 Media, 101communications LLC, where he was Senior Vice President, Human Resources. He joined 101 following a thirty-year career with the Los Angeles Times, where he held numerous roles including management of circulation marketing and sales, customer service, single-copy sales, human resources, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. Valenti graduated from Iona College with a BA in Psychology. He is affiliated with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Troy K. Schneider
General Manager, Public Sector 360
Troy Schneider joined 1105 Media in 2012, and has more than 25 years of leadership experience in government and technology media. He previously was the New America Foundation's Director of Media & Technology, and before that was Managing Director for Electronic Publishing at the Atlantic Media Company, where he oversaw the online operations of The Atlantic Monthly and National Journal, among other publications. The founding editor of NationalJournal.com, he also helped launch the political site PoliticsNow.com in the mid-1990s, and worked on the earliest online efforts of the Los Angeles Times and Newsday. He is a graduate of Indiana University, where his emphases were journalism, business and religious studies.

Kevin O'Grady
President & Group Publisher, Infrastructure Solutions Group
Kevin O'Grady has more than 20 years of experience in business-to-business media with an extensive background in building businesses, product development and integrating acquisitions, including digital media, publishing, event and online education businesses. Prior to joining 1105 Media, he was instrumental in building Canon Communications, now UBM/Canon, as the leading media and event company for the global advanced manufacturing marketplace. He is active with many industry groups, including American Business Media and the Western Publishing Association. He holds a BA in Business Administration from the School of Management at the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Meighan Berberich
President, TDWI
Meighan Berberich is a seasoned marketing and media executive with over 20 years experience. She has a depth of experience in enterprise technology as well as the training and certification market. She returned to 1105 Media after running her own marketing consulting practice focused on early-stage technology companies. In her previous tenure at 1105, Berberich served as the marketing director-and later, as the general manager-of the Business Technologies Group at 1105 Media which included TDWI. Meighan began her career in marketing and media at Miller Freeman. She has also held marketing management roles at Microsoft, Texas Instruments Inc., and Infineon Technologies AG in the United States and Europe.

Daniel LaBianca
General Manager & CRO, Converge 360
Daniel LaBianca has over 20 years in media in sales and management roles. He started his IT Media career with 101communication, one of 1105 Media's initial acquisitions in November 2000. Currently, he is the General Manager and Chief Revenue Officer of Converge360. Previously, he was CRO of 1105's Enterprise Computing, Education and Government Groups. Prior to that he held sales and management positions within the Enterprise Computing Group. Dan holds a Bachelor's in Foreign Service from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

Erik A. Lindgren
Chief Technology Officer
Erik Lindgren joined 1105 Media in late 2006. Most recently, he was with Emak Worldwide; he began his career with Microware Computing, then joined Aspen Marketing Group. Lindgren holds an MCSE and CCNA.
