Maternal/Paternal Leave Policy

  • All employees granted 12 weeks off with pay to care for newborn, newly adopted or newly placed foster child within the first six months of the child’s birth, adoption, or placement.
  • Employees are eligible for benefit after six months of service.

Paid Time Off & Holidays

Full-time employees earn Paid Time Off (PTO) for vacation, sick leave or personal reasons. Under this program, employees accrue PTO at varying rates based on length of employment at 1105. In addition to PTO you also receive three Floating Holidays per year (*this varies in your first calendar year of employment based on your start date).

In addition to PTO the company provides a generous schedule of paid holidays to full-time employees.

401(k) Savings Plan

All regular (full time and part time) employees age 21 and over are eligible to participate in our Traditional 401(k) or Roth 401(k) Savings Plan. You can join as early as the 1st of the month following your 30 days of employment. We offer a competitive 401(k) company match.
